Shipping policy
Dispatch
Many of my prints are made to order. Please allow 7-10 days for your purchase to be processed and shipped. If you require your order on an urgent basis, please get in touch directly.
Standard shipping takes up to 12 working days. Express shipping takes 7 working days.
Address
When ordering, please ensure that the address on your confirmation email is correct. We cannot accept any responsibility for delivery if the incorrect address is provided. If you notice a mistake on your order, please get in touch with the studio immediately, quoting your order number, the incorrect address and where you would like the order shipped instead. Provided your order has not already been dispatched, we will be able to make the necessary changes.
Shipping Damage
We take care to pack all products so that they won’t be damaged during transit. In the unfortunate event that a parcel arrives damaged, we will replace your purchase.
In order to assess the damage, we will require a notification from you within 3 days of receiving the package, as well as a clear image of the damaged area. Again, we assess all damage on a case-by-case basis, so the sooner you get in touch with us the easier it will be for us to help you.
Returns
I am an artist who works small batch, with a commitment to hand-crafted excellence. Linocut prints can never be standard because each is unique. We take the highest amount of care to ensure the images on the website are an accurate representation of the product you’re buying. However please bear in mind that screens do vary in colour, so your screen may not show a true representation of the product on sale. We hope you will share in the integrity and commitment with which our studio creates and dispatches every single one of our products. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or returned.
You can return your order to us ONLY if it is damaged in transit. Please send us a photograph within 48 hours of receiving it, with all details, and we will contact you right away. We will replace your order within 2 weeks if the product is available and if not available we will refund the full amount. Refund will be initiated in 2 to 3 working days and the refund will reflect in your account within 7 working days.
