The idea for this collection emerged following a series of controversial court orders on street dogs and their welfare in 2025 and 2026. It was conceived both as an artistic response and as a means of support for street animals, with proceeds from each sale being donated to the Hope Animal Rescue Trust (HART). 

HART bridges critical gaps in animal welfare by rescuing and caring for injured and vulnerable animals in underserved areas of Goa. Through emergency treatment, rehabilitation, adoption, sterilisation, and community education, HART improves the lives of animals and the communities they live in.
